The report matched the 21st NCL checkout/payment issue where an incomplete, expired, or interrupted payment attempt could leave a member unable to proceed or make the next attempt appear to exceed the one-ticket limit. The checkout flow was adjusted so stale unsuccessful attempts no longer block a valid purchase, Bayad Center was removed from the public payment choices to reduce unsupported payment paths, and this specific report was closed only after production records showed a successful 21st NCL ticket purchase. For prevention, the team will continue monitoring pending or expired 21st NCL payment attempts and will use the helpdesk queue to identify accounts that still need manual review.
